ID 382072 - Katana prints Fontconfig warnings on systems with newer Fontconfig versions

Problem summary:

When Katana is launched in systems with newer versions of Fontconfig, it throws some errors:

• CentOS 6 - Fontconfig 2.8.0
• CentOS 7 - Fontconfig 2.10.95
• Ubuntu 16.04 - Fontconfig 2.11.xx
• Ubuntu 18.04 - Fontconfig 2.12.xx

Customers have reported warnings/errors in Kubuntu 16.04 (Fontconfig 2.11.94):

I myself have seen some other errors in Linux Mint 19.1 (based on Ubuntu 18.04):

Fontconfig warning: "/opt/Foundry/Katana3.1v2/bin/python/UI4/Resources/Fonts/fonts.conf", line 122: blank doesn't take any effect anymore. please remove it from your fonts.conf

Tested versions/platforms:

• 3.0v7 - Not sure, maybe unaffected; to be tested in several systems. If not affected, why isn't it?
• 3.1v2 - Affected
