Problem summary
The proxy mesh item remains at the zero coordinates when creating the proxy as a Modo Scene and rendering the image.
The item will correct itself to the proper position if modifying any type of transform on the proxy, even if only by 1 decimal.
The issue will also occur when using other file types as a proxy, such as .dae.

Steps to reproduce:
1) From Modo, create a Sphere mesh item and move it away from the 0 coordinates.
2) Add a Square mesh item, moving it away from the 0 coordinates.
3) Right-click the Square mesh in the item bin and select Convert to Proxy.
4) Create a proxy file with an .lxo extension and save it.
5) Render the scene (F9) and view any objects in the frame.
