Modo will soft crash/freeze when toggling the visibility for a layered image in the Clips bin.

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Modo, open the Clips bin and add a new layered image file.

2) Toggle the arrow dropdown to view all available layers.

3) Click the eye icon to toggle the vision of any layers.

Workaround:
There is no current workaround at this time.

Expected behavior:
Modo should toggle the visibility layers without freezing/crashing.

Actual behavior:
Modo freezes/soft crashes with a white screen and does not recover after clicking to toggle the visibility of a layer image.
