Problem summary
Soft Effect only tracks in the Timeline do not affect the video tracks below them in stereo projects

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke Studio
2) Import footage and add it to the Timeline
3) Add a second video track to the timeline and add a Grade Soft Effect to that track
4) Edit the Grade's knob values, the Viewer updates accordingly.
5) In Project>Edit Settings>Views, press Set up views for stereo
6) Edit the Grade's knob values, the Viewer no longer updates.
Left shows the correct mono project, the right show the incorrect stereo project
