Problem summary:
The Viewport Camera loses it's transparency settings when adding a MatCap texture.

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Modo, create a camera and set a Background Image under the Images property.
2) Open the viewport Properties and set the Transparency to any value below 100%.
3) Set the Viewport for Camera and place a mesh item in the scene.
4) Open the MatCaps texture panel by selecting Viewport Textures > MatCaps
5) Select and apply any MatCap texture and observe the Viewport for changes.
Workaround:
Enable and disable 'Invert' in the Background Imagery of the Viewport settings.

Expected behavior:
The Viewport should maintain any transparency settings when applying the MatCap textures.
Actual behavior:
