Problem summary:
A crash occurs when transforming the parented Axis Drill mesh item in a specific scene file.

Steps to reproduce:

1) In Modo create a plane mesh item.

2) Create another mesh plane and move it so that it is slightly above the first plane.

3) Select the first mesh item and add an Axis Drill operator.

4) Specify the second mesh item as the template mesh for the Axis Drill.

5) Set drill mode to Tunnel.

6 Move the top plane around the XZ axis a few times and observe performance in Modo.

Expected behavior:
Modo should remain active and have no performance issues.

Actual behavior:
Modo crashes when moving the top plane while an Axis Drill is set to Tunnel.

Workaround:
There are no current workarounds at this time.
