ID 387263 - Low quality animated panels in QuickTime export

Problem summary

Low quality version of mov file exported when QuickTime is selected within the Export options.

Steps to reproduce

1) Import *.mov file into sequence.

2) Save sequence revision and click 'Export from Flix' with the *.mov panel selected.

3) In Export dialogue, choose 'Selected Panels' option, and check 'QuickTime'.

4) Set directory where you wish the exported *.mov to be saved, and click Export.

5) Navigate to export directory and play the video.

Expected behaviour
The exported mov quality would be the same as when it was first imported.

Actual behaviour
The exported mov file is of lower quality when played back compared to original.

Workaround
'Original Artwork' option can be set in the Export options instead of 'QuickTime' to produce exported mov comparable in quality to original.
