Resolution: Not a Bug. Modo 13 has updated the NVIDIA OptiX libraries, which requires a driver version of 419 or above. Please ensure you are using a driver version of 419 or above as this will allow you to use the denoiser in Modo 13.0v1.
Problem summary
When rendering objects with the NVIDIA OptiX, it errors saying "The selected denoiser, NVIDIA OptiX, is not available on this machine."

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo, navigate to the Shading tab.
2) On the Shader Tree select Final Color Output, under Render Output click the box next to Denoising and select NVIDIA OptiX denoiser.
3) Press F9 to bring up the Render window, a window will pop up stating that the NVIDIA OptiX denoiser is not available on this machine.

Expected behaviour
For the render to work with the NVIDIA OptiX denoiser.
Actual behaviour
A window appears saying the NVIDIA OptiX denoiser is not available and the render will be performed without using the NVIDIA OptiX denoiser.
