Problem summary
Power Translators import for Parasolid x_t only works on specific x_t versions. When loading certain versions (such as 10.0, 9.0, and 8.5), the user encounters an error stating the "File contains no CAD content."

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Select File>import.
3) Select a Parasolid x_t file and select "Open."
4) Leave the import settings as default and select "OK"
Result: Modo sometimes errors with "File contains no CAD content" when the file contains content and opens in other packages.
Workaround

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Parasolid x_t versions 11.0, 8.0 in all tested versions.

10.2v4 - Windows 10, - Parasolid x_t versions 10.0, 9.0, and 8.5 - Power Translators 1.2 - This issue appears to be in all versions of the product.
Expected behaviour
Power Translators should read most Parasolid x_t versions.
Actual behaviour
Power Translators only reads specific Parasolid x_t versions.
