Tooltip text contains strange characters for UV Split and Sew tools instead of bullet points. 

This bug is present on the following: Split and Sew Tool, Sew and Move and Sew.

Comparing the Windows version of Modo to the other versions it appears that these strange characters are meant to be bullet points.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo and navigate to the UV tab.

2) Hover the mouse over either the Split and Sew Tool, Sew or Move and Sew.​

​

3) Notice some of the strange text characters.

Expected behaviour
Readable tooltip notes.

Actual behaviour
Strange characters present in the tooltip.

Workaround
Unknown.
