Problem summary
Exporting an FBX file which has morph maps/blend shapes from Modo and then importing it into another 3D program results in strange artifacts on the mesh when using the morph maps/blend shapes.
FBX Export settings don't seem to make the issue any better or worse.
Customer reported version
modo.13.0v1
Customer reported platform
10.14
Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached file, and test the Morph Maps everything works ok.

2) In the Items list right-click the Man Head 01 Mesh and select Export Selected Layers.
3) This will bring up the Export Selected window, set the Format to an FBX format and then select OK.

4) The Save File window will appear, give it a name and select Save.
5) Open another 3D software such as Unity.
6) Right-click in the Assets window at the bottom and select Import New Asset...

7) Then locate the FBX file you exported from Modo and select Import.
8) Drag the imported .fbx into the Scene, then use any of the BlendShapes and you will notice strange artifacts being produced on the mesh. For example check around the ears.

Expected behaviour
For the BlendShapes to work how the Morph Maps worked in Modo
Actual behaviour
When Modo's FBX exports are used the BlendShapes produce strange artifacts on the mesh.
