Problem summary
Mari is overwriting a Read Only file when archiving a project without any warnings on Linux and OSX

Steps to reproduce
1) Make an archive a Read Only using the file permissions on Linux and OSX
2) Open Mari
3) Choose the example project archive and right click>Archive
4) Choose the Read Only archive for Mari to overwrite
result: Mari does not give any warnings and overwrites the archive
