When Max XYZ is set to 0.5m and the position is away from the origin, cylinders are sized incorrectly.

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo, in the Schematic viewport and create a Mesh item. Add>Mesh Operations/Other> Mesh

2) With the Mesh item selected, add a Cylinder operation. Add>Mesh Operations/Create/Primitives.

3) Give the Cylinder the values in the screenshot below:

4) The Cylinder is sized incorrectly.

Expected behaviour
For the Cylinder to be correctly scaled.

Actual behaviour
The Cylinder is scaled incorrectly.

Workaround

Give the Cylinder a group Max X scale above or below 500mm.
