Problem summary
When you add a node with a disabled knob to a group or gizmo, that knob is no longer disabled. It is re-enabled as soon as you add it to the group.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a Write node, check that the frame range (first) knob is disabled
2) Add it to a Group
3) In the Group node's Properties Panel, Right click then Manage User Knobs...
4) Select Pick... then select the Write node's [frame range] first knob and press OK
5) In the Group node's properties is now shows as enabled, when it should be disabled
Expected behaviour
For the disabled Knob on the Write node to show as disabled on the Group node. This also applies to any Gizmo's exported from that group
Actual behaviour
Ths knob shows as enabled
Workaround
If you open the Group node, and open the Write nodes properties, then close and reopen the Group nodes properties, it shows as disabled.
