Problem summary
Artefacts appear when using DeepHoldout operations on multi-sample deep images

Steps to reproduce
1) Open the attached Nuke script
2) Notice the incorrect line that appears in the Viewer

The above image shows the artefact, the below image shows the fixed frame.

Expected behaviour
For there to be no artefacts when rendering
Actual behaviour
A line artefact appears
Workaround
Increasing the samples in the MultiSample tab of the ScanlineRender node seems to prevent the issue.
Also disabling the Deoverlap knob in the DeepColorCorrect node seems to stop the artifacting, however changes the image's colour
