Exporting models as an FBX 2018 file results in incorrect hard edges and smoothing groups.

When using FBX 2018 as the export format, the model isn't exported correctly.

Steps to reproduce

1) Press F6 to open the Presets browser, then go to Assets>Meshes>Hardward and drag and drop the Arcade model into the scene.

2) In the Items List right-click the model and select Export Selected Layers, select Autodesk FBX 2018 and enable Just Layers then press OK.



3) This will bring up a Save File window, within this window give a name of your choice and select Save.

4) Compare the two models and notice the differences.

Expected behaviour
The exported model should match the first.

Actual behaviour

The exported model doesn't match the first.
