Problem summary

In the UV layout with Snapping on and both Grid and Vertex enabled, the snapping will always snap to the UV grid rather than the vertex.

Customer reported version
modo.13.0v1

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) Launch Modo and select Geometry>Primitive Tools>Cube, then left-click and drag within the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport.

2) Navigate to the UV layout and select the Vertices mode at the top.

3) On the UV grid select one of the vertices and move it so it's not touching the grid.

4) Hold the Alt key and select the Snapping options above the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport. Then enabled both Grid and Vertex.

5) Make sure Snapping is enabled, and select a vertex on the UV grid.

6) Move the select vertex, notice that you can't snap it to the vertex you previously moved.

Expected behaviour
The vertex should snap to both vertices and the grid depending on the mouse's position.

Actual behaviour
It will always snap to the grid and ignore the vertices.

Workaround

Unknown.
