Problem summary
Camera Overlay doesn't work in Orthographic mode.
When using Camera Overlay with a camera which has its Projection Mode set to Orthographic, the overlay doesn't scale to fit the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport.
Camera Overlay scales correctly to fit the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport in all other projection modes.

Steps to reproduce
1) Launch Modo, in the Items list select Add Item>Items>Camera.
2) In the cameras Properties tab set the Projection Type to Orthographic.

4) Go to the Camera Overlay tab and select any option in Grid and/or Golden Rectangle, notice how when zooming out of the viewport the overlay doesn't scale.


Expected behaviour
The overlay should scale to always fit the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport.
Actual behaviour
The overlay doesn't scale to fit the 3D (OpenGL) Viewport.
