Problem summary
The Shift-Right key shortcut to move to the next frame doesn't work when the mouse hovers over the schematic viewport.

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and go to the Setup layout.

2) Hover the mouse pointer over the timeline and press Shift + Right key a few times and notice that it goes to the next frame.

3) Hover the mouse pointer over the Schematic viewport and press Shift + Right key a few times again, notice that it no longer changes the selected frame.

Expected behaviour
It should navigate to the next frame regardless of the mouse's position.

Actual behaviour
When the mouse pointer hovers over the Schematic viewport, the Shift + Right key shortcut no longer works. 

Workaround
Move the mouse pointer so it's not in the Schematic viewport.

Modo 12.2v2 - Windows 10 - MacOS 10.13 - Centos 7
