Steps to reproduce

1) Download and open the scene in Modo.

2) Select the meshes and select Geometry>Boolean>Boolean...

3) Set any operation and set the Drive Mesh as Last Selected. Modo will either become unresponsive or crash.

Expected behaviour
For Modo to carry out the boolean operation.

Actual behaviour
Modo either becomes unresponsive or crashes.

Workaround
Boolean seems to work ok if you Triple or Quadruple mesh before.
