Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Hold "Ctrl" and click the Cube Primitive tool to create a unit cube.
3) Press "Ctrl + n" to create a new scene layer.
4) In the item bin, select the mesh layer in the first scene that contains the cube.
5) Press "h" to hide the cube.
6) In the command line in the bottom right, paste the following command and press "enter:" 
layer.import 2 {} true true false 0
Result: The cube will be imported into the second scene, with all polygons visible.

Expected behaviour
Hidden polygons should remain hidden when imported.

Actual behaviour
Hidden polygons are revealed.

Workaround
Unknown.
