The Mark IN point is used when you have a clip in your edit to extend it by making it start earlier. If a Mark IN point is set 5 sec in, there should be 4 sec and 23 frames to work with before its head. However, a clip placed in the sequence doesn't appear to care about the Mark IN point, and just uses its start point instead, which is 00:00:00:00. This means there's no extra source media before its head.

Steps to reproduce
1) Make sure your Mark In is not set to 0
2) Publish to Avid
3) Bring in the AAF
4) Open the Sequence
5) Try to extend the head of a clip in the timeline
Expected behaviour
There should be extra source for extending the head when a clip is used in a sequence.
Actual behaviour
The Mark IN point is ignored for clips used in a sequence and the start point is used instead.
