Problem summary:
Vertex transforms are inactive when selecting and moving the central vertices of a mesh using the Topology Pen with Symmetry enabled.

Steps to reproduce:
1) In Modo, create a mesh item such as a sphere.
2) Select the Topology Toolbar > Topology Pen.
3) Enable Symmetry in any axis.
4) Select and move any vertices with a center axis on the mesh with the Topology Pen active.
Expected behavior:
The selected center vertex should move on the specific axis with the Topology Pen when Symmetry is active.
Actual behavior:
The center vertex selection does not move on the X,Y,Z axis when Symmetry is active.
Workaround:
There is no current known workaround for this issue.
