Steps to reproduce

1) Follow the installation instructions here:
https://learn.foundry.com/hiero/developers/11.3/HieroPythonDevGuide/shot_manager_example.html

2) Create a sequence with a clip that has a soft effect applied to it.

3) Right click on the Timeline > Shot Manger > Write Shot Data
The following error will occur:



Expected behaviour
The data from a sequence with soft effects applied should either be written out or it should be clear that this is a limitation of the Shot Manager Example (in the documentation or in the error message).

Actual behaviour
Trying to write out the data from a sequence with soft effects applied produces the following error:
