Problem summary
Nuke should not have two internal directories with the same name, but using different capitalisation.
In this case the Nuke install directory there is a Resources directory and a resources directory, which contain different files

1) Open Nuke install directory
2) Notice there are two Resources directories, but with different capitalisation
Expected behaviour
For Nuke to have different names for different directories
Actual behaviour
Nuke relies on file systems being case sensitive in order to load correctly

Nuke 11.1v1 - CentOS 6.9 - This issue no longer appears in this version and has regressed
On Windows there is only one resources directory, and it doesn't exist at all on Mac
