Problem summary
Procedurally generated curves do not render when Motion Blur is turned on.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create 2 seperate locators.
2) Go to the Setup layout, go down to the schematic viewport and add a Locators to Array node.
3) Connect the two locators to this node.

4) Now press the N key to create an empty mesh, drag this mesh into the schematic viewport and add a Create Polygons mesh operation to it.
5) Change the Polygon Type to Curve.

6) Feed the output of the Locators to Array node into the Create Polygon's Positions input.

7) Navigate to the Mesh Properties and go to the Curve tab, enable Render Curves.

8) Select the Camera item and go to the Camera Effects tab, enable Motion Blur.

9) Press the F8 key to open the preview render and notice that the curve is being rendered correctly.

10) Now press the F9 key to render the scene and notice that in this render window the curve isn't being rendered.

Expected behaviour
When Motion Blur is enabled the curve should be rendered in the render window.
Actual behaviour
The curve isn't being rendered when Motion Blur is enabled.

Unknown.
