Problem summary
Parts in STEP files generated from specific packages are moved to the origin. 

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo.
2) Import the attached scene.
Result: Some or all parts in the imported file with be moved to the origin or appear to be missing.

Expected behaviour
Parts should remain in the same position as they were when exported from the original package.

Actual behaviour
Parts are moved to the origin or not loaded.

Workaround
Unknown.
