Problem summary
The labeling in UI and Tooltip should be more specific for the Codec Profile knob with mov64.
Customer reported version
Nuke 9.0v7
Customer reported platform
Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke.
2) Create a Write node.
3) Set the 'file type' knob to 'mov' and the 'codec' to 'Avid DNxHD Codec'
4) Mouse over the 'codec profile' knob and notice that the Tooltip does not provide enough information for how the setting work:

5) Click on the knob to show the dropdown menu. The names of the options may also be confusing:

Expected behaviour
The labeling in UI and Tooltip should be more specific for the Codec Profile knob with mov64.
Actual behaviour
The mov64_dnxhd_codec_profile knob presently contains 5 choices, labeled :
DNxHD 444 10-bit 440Mbit
DNxHD 422 10-bit 220Mbit
DNxHD 422 8-bit 220Mbit
DNxHD 422 8-bit 145Mbit
DNxHD 422 8-bit 36Mbit
It appears that the DNxHD codec bitrate setting varies depending on the frame rate, 24fps or 25fps, and whether the source media is interlaced or progressive, e.g.1080i or 1080p.
Workaround
We have a Knowledge Base Article that explains how the bit rate settings work:
