Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo, and create a simple cube.

2) Enable Vertices mode and select all the vertices on the cube.

3) Navigate to the Deform tab and select Align Tools>Radial.

4) Hover over each of the fields, notice that all the tooltips are the placeholder text.

Expected behaviour
The tooltips should contain text to explain what the field does.

Actual behaviour
The tooltips appear to be the placeholder text.

Unknown.
