Customer reported version

Customer reported platform

windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple cube primitive at the origin of the scene.

2) Select the cube and press the W key to move it.

3) Zoom out quite far using the mouse wheel, 50km as an example.

4) With the cube still selected and the Move tool active, using the mouse move the cube quite far on the X, Y and Z axis, make sure not to drop the Move tool or deselect the cube.

5) Now press the Shift + A keys to zoom in on the cube, making sure that the Move tool is still active.

6) When you try and move the cube now using the tool handles nothing happens, the handles are frozen.

Expected behaviour
The handles should still move the cube.

Actual behaviour
The handles are frozen and the cube doesn't move.

Workaround

Dropping the tool, then re-selecting the cube and hitting W again will allow you to move it.
