Problem summary
Soft Lag does not render as expected with Render Animation.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download the attached file and open it in Modo.

2) Navigate to Render > Render Animation, select the Save as Movie option and press OK.

3) Select a location and name the file, then press Save.

4) Once the rendering is done, play the created movie and observe the results.

Expected behavior
The animation should render smoothly using Render Animation.

Actual behavior
The animation does not render smoothly using Render Animation.

Workaround
Unknown.
