Problem summary
UV View turns black with Arnold Standard Surface Shader connected and User Shader enabled
This also effects the lighting modes for the Arnold Standard Surface shader: Full, Basic, Flat

Steps to reproduce
1. Create an Arnold Standard Surface Shader
2. Check your UV View (with or without a Channel connected to it)
3. Compare setting your lighting to Current Channel and to User Shader
Expected behaviour
To be able to see your materials/layers in the UV view
Actual behaviour:
Unable to see your materials/layers in the UV view with User Shader active
Workaround:
Paint with Current Channel system shader
