Problem summary
When you use a previously created booked it doesn't restore the angles and offset values of work plane correctly.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a simple toroid mesh.
2) Select one of the polygons on the mesh, then press the Home key to translate the work plane to mouses position on this polygon.


4) Select Rotate Work Plane and set the Angle 45, then select OK.

5) Open the Work Plane options again and this time select Assign Bookmark, set the Name as Test1 and set the Mode to Add and then select OK.

6) Now press the End key to reset the work plane.
7) Select the Test1 bookmark from the Work Plane options, notice how it doesn't restore the angle of the work plane.

Expected behaviour
The work plane should be restored to the position it had when it was bookmarked.
Actual behaviour
The work plane doesn't restore the rotation that was made.
Workaround
