ID 406456 - Unable to edit the Vertex Deletion field within the preferences

Problem summary

In the Mesh Items preferences, the Vertex Deletion field is blocked as it doesn't allow users to change the selection.

Steps to reproduce

1) Select System>Preferences>Mesh Items.

2) Select the drop down of the Vertex Deletion field.

3) Notice how when you change it the field will stay as Remove Line Polygons.

Expected behaviour
The field should be changed.

Actual behaviour
The field is locked to Remove Line Polygons.

Unknown.
