ID 408135 - Monitor Out not initially opening when switching device using Kona 4 in Nuke Studio/Hiero.

Problem summary
Monitor Output has to be toggled off then on for SDI output on Kona 4 in Studio/Hiero.

Steps to reproduce
1. Open Hiero, and ensure monitor is on.

2. Ensure that Monitor Out panel is attached to the conforming workspace, then save the workspace.

3. Close and reopen Hiero.

4. Go to Edit > Preferences > Startup > Startup Workspace - select the custom workspace.

5. Open or drag the attached project to the bin.

6. Check to see if the monitor is now displaying output. 

7. Switch device to [None], then back to the M/O device.
 

Expected Behavior:
The Monitor Out device switch will display output from Kona 4 when opened in the conforming workspace with monitor out panel.
 

Actual Behavior:
The Monitor Out device switch will not display output from Kona 4 or distorted image when opened in the conforming workspace with monitor out panel.
