Problem summary
When a duplicate is created with a Select by Previous Operation present it points to the original meshes operations instead of the duplicate meshes.
Customer reported version
modo.13.0v1
Customer reported platform
windows10
Steps to reproduce
1) Create a 2d cylinder item, then go to the Mesh Operations list and select Add Operator>Mesh Operations/Polygons>Thicken. Set the Offset field to 500mm to make the cylinder 3d.

4) Change the Select by Index selection to Modifier Mesh Operations/Existing>Select by Previous Operation.
5) Set the Source Item to Thicken and the Name to Front.

6) Navigate to the Items list and right-click the cylinder item, select Duplicate>Duplicate.
7) Compare the original mesh with the duplicate mesh.

Expected behaviour
The duplicate meshes operations should be linked with itself and not the original mesh.
Actual behaviour
The duplicate's Select by Previous Operation is pointing to the original meshes Thicken operation rather than the duplicate meshes Thicken.
Workaround
Unknown.
