Customer reported version

Customer reported platform
windows10

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a 2d cylinder item, then go to the Mesh Operations list and select Add Operator>Mesh Operations/Polygons>Thicken. Set the Offset field to 500mm to make the cylinder 3d.

2) Select Add Operator>Mesh Operations/Polygons>Polygon Bevel and set the Shift field to 50mm.

3) Expand the Polygon Bevel operation and then expand Selection.

4) Change the Select by Index selection to Modifier Mesh Operations/Existing>Select by Previous Operation

5) Set the Source Item to Thicken and the Name to Front.

6) Navigate to the Items list and right-click the cylinder item, select Duplicate>Duplicate.

7) Compare the original mesh with the duplicate mesh.

Expected behaviour

The duplicate meshes operations should be linked with itself and not the original mesh.

Actual behaviour
The duplicate's Select by Previous Operation is pointing to the original meshes Thicken operation rather than the duplicate meshes Thicken.
