Problem summary
Evaluating SmartVectors for stereo views throws an error in the 'right' view.
The following error is thrown in Nuke 11.3 but not in 11.2:
Reference frame is outside the valid frame range, check that it lies within both the SmartVector input's frame range.

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Nuke and set up views for stereo (Edit > Project Settings > Views).
2) Read in stereo footage.
3) Connect a SmartVector node. All properties can be left at default.
4) Create a VectorDistort node, plugging the SmartVector node into the SmartVector input and the Read into the Src input.
Expected behaviour
The image should be distorted in both views.
Actual behaviour
An error is thrown on the right view.
