If publishing a sequence that has new, blank white panels added via the New Panel button, it will fail and throw the following error:
level=error msg="JobChain.processJob: job failed, stopping chain" Job="Create Timeline job" error="no media objects for ref ‘dnxhd"
Customer reported version

CentOS 7
Steps to reproduce
1) Open sequence revision in Flix
2) Add new panel(s) via the New Panel button
3) Publish the sequence
Expected behaviour
Flix publishes to editorial successfully, with all correct files generated
Actual behaviour
Publish attempt fails, throwing "no media objects for ref ‘dnxhd" in the log
Workaround
