Problem summary
Unable to export multiple frames with "Each Frame" from Photoshop timeline to Flix when an empty group is visible at the top of the layer stack in one or more frames.
Flix gives the error message shown below and no frames are exported.

Exporting using "Current Image" only fails if the frame in question has an empty group at the top.
Customer reported version
Flix 5.4v1
Customer reported platform
macOS Mojave 10.14
Steps to reproduce
1) Open a custom .psd file with a visible empty group at the top of the layer stack. File contains three frames in the Photoshop timeline.
2) Click on "Each Frame" from the Flix extension window in Photoshop.
The result is no frames are actually exported; no new panels appear and an error message is displayed in the Flix client.
Expected behaviour
Each frame of the Photoshop timeline should be exported into Flix as a separate panel.
Actual behaviour
No frame is exported, error message appears in Flix, and a "FlixTemp" file is created and left open in Photoshop.
Workaround
There are several workarounds on the Photoshop side:
- Delete empty Layer Group
- Un-tick the visibility of the Layer Group
- Move empty group to the bottom of the layers stack; in this workaround the visibility of the Layer Group does not matter
