Problem summary
The locator handles do not update to reflect the object position of a Locator driven Custom Node. Rotating the locator effects the object position of the transform handles but these remain fixed. This means that if you are to move your locator up and down your procedural might move left to right instead.

1) Create a locator and try to rotate it
result: no visual indication that the locator has been transformed
