ID 407380 - Pressing delete while editing text sometimes deletes the following item instead which can also result in a crash.

Problem summary

Pressing the delete key while editing a text field, the following character is not deleted. The following item is deleted instead. This occurs most often while renaming items in the item list,

Steps to reproduce

1) Create multiple mesh items.

1) Click one of the names of the items, and then select it again and wait a moment to open the renaming box.

2) Click somewhere in the middle of text.

3) Press the Delete key.

4) If text is deleted and the following item is not, press the Esc key to exit renaming, then repeat the process from step 2.

Expected behaviour

The text character should be deleted.

Actual behaviour
The following item is deleted and sometimes Modo also crashes.
