Problem summary
Merge meshes mesh op doesn't add a source if a "/" is included in the name.

Steps to reproduce
1) Create a simple cube and call it CubeMesh.../
2) Create an empty mesh and call it MeshOp, then go to the MeshOps tab.
3) Select the empty mesh and select Add Operator> Mesh Operations/Edit> Merge Meshes
4) Notice how a source isn't added and a separate Merge Meshes operator is created.

Expected behaviour
The cube mesh should be added as a source.
Actual behaviour
The cube mesh isn't added as a source and a new Merge Meshes operator is created.
Workaround
Remove the "/" from cube meshes name.
