Problem summary
Adjusting the settings on a Bend Effector connected to a MeshOp Primitive results in a crash.
This occurs on the height, length and depth user channels.

Steps to reproduce
1) Download and open the attached scene.
2) Go to the Setup layout and in the 3D viewport select the locator.
3) Left-click and scroll over Height to increase the value.
Expected behaviour
The value should be changed.
Actual behaviour
Modo crashes.
Workaround
