Problem summary Pen tool highlight for edges when Make Quad is enabled are displaced when a custom work plane is active.

Steps to reproduce 1) Open Modo. 2) Hold "Ctrl" and click the Cube Primitive tool to create a unit cube. 3) Press "3" to enable Polygons selection mode, then select the top polygon of the cube. 4) Press "Shift + Home" to align the custom work plane to the polygon. 5) Enable the "Pen" tool. 6) In the Tool Properties, enable "Make Quads" 7) Click on the polygon to create a vertex, then click again elsewhere on the polygon to create a second vertex. Result: The edge between the two vertices will be disconnected from both vertices.
Expected behaviour The highlighted edge should remain connected to both vertices, even with a custom work plane enabled.
Actual behaviour The highlighted edge appears disconnected or disjointed from the vertices.
Workaround Unknown.
