Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo and create a simple plane.

2) Select all the polygons on the plane and select Work Plane > Align Work Plane to Selection.

3) Press the C key to activate the Edge Slice tool.

4) Select two points on the plane, notice how the highlighted preview line isn't positioned correctly.

Expected behaviour
The highlighted preview line should match the positions of the points.

Actual behaviour
The highlighted preview line is positioned incorrectly.

Workaround
Unknown.
