Rendering high resolutions with Write Bucket to Disk enabled can result in Modo becoming unresponsive or crashing.


Rendering in resolutions such as 39990 x 30000 and above can result in Modo becoming unresponsive or crashing, even after the render has reached 100% Modo can still crash and lose the rendered information.

Steps to reproduce


1) Select the Camera item within the Items list.

2) In the Camera's properties enabled Override Render Resolution and enter 39990 x 30000 into the Width and Height fields:


3) Go to the Shader Tree and select the Render item and enable Write Buckets to Disk within its properties.

4) Press the F9 key to start the render, wait to see if the render completes and if it does try and save the image.


Expected behaviour
For Modo to render and save the image without crashing.


Actual behaviour
Modo crashes or becomes unresponsive, either while rendering or when trying to save the rendered image.
