Problem summary
Scanning for versions doesn't work with UNC paths when using path substitution
This only seems to effect UNC paths when going from Windows to other patforms
Customer reported version
Hiero 11.3v3
Customer reported platform
Mac/Linux/Windows
Steps to reproduce
1) On Windows, open Hiero
2) Import some footage from the network which has multiple versions using the full UNC path (//netdrive/folder not N:/folder)
3) Save the project
4) On Linux/Mac, open Hiero
5) In Edit>Preferences...>General, add path substitutions for the network drives, for example:
OSX: /Volumes/netdrive/folder/
Windows: //netdrive/netdrive/folder/
Linux: /mnt/netdrive/folder/
6) Open the Hiero project
7) Right click on the footage in the bin>Version>Scan for versions. It will say 0 versions found
Expected behaviour
For versions to be found when scanning
Actual behaviour
No new versions were found
Workaround
Use windows mapped drives, rather than UNC paths
