Problem summary
Rotation on Procedural clones are incorrect

Steps to reproduce
1) Open Modo and create a simple cube.
2) Set view from Perspective to Front and go to the Mesh Ops window.
3) Select the cube and add a Clone operator.
4) Select the Clone operator and go to the Linear Generator tab. Set the Number of Clones to 30.
5) Set the Offset Y to 0m and Offset X to 1.1m
6) Set the Rotate Z to -45 notice that the clone's position on the Y value is being changed.

Expected behaviour
The clones should only be rotated on the Z axis, their Y position shouldn't change.
Actual behaviour
The Y position of the clones is being affected by the rotation on the Z axis.
Workaround
Unknown.
