Steps to reproduce

1) Open Modo.

2) Go to the Fusion tab and expand the Fusion Meshes option.

3) Select Qbic Geometry... Notice that in the window that appears the mouse scroll doesn't work.

Expected behaviour
Scrolling the mouse wheel should take you lower or higher in the menu.

Actual behaviour
Scrolling the mouse wheel does nothing.

Workaround
Unknown.

Unable to reproduce bug in:
Modo 13.0v1 - Windows 10 - macOS 10.13 - Centos 7

13.0v1 - This issue doesn't appear in this version and has regressed.
