ID 415588 - [C] Photoshop: PSD templates only have a locked layer

Problem summary

When using New Template, only the locked Background layer is created

Steps to reproduce

1) Open Photoshop with the Flix plugin installed

2) Click on "New Template"

3) The result will be:

Expected behaviour

This is what I should get when using New Template:

Actual behaviour

Only one locked layer is created

This is valid for 177, 185, 235 and 239 aspect ratios.
